Services may include encounter check-in and payment, ward discharge payment, appointment date change requests, and clinical chatbot guidance subject to access control.

2. Account, Authentication & Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.

Access to services may require identity verification. The portal may restrict or deny access if verification fails or if misuse is suspected.

3. Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information (including appointment reference, identification details, and contact information) when using the portal.

The hospital may rely on information you provide for processing payments, check-in, and service requests. Incorrect information may cause delays or rejection of requests.

4. Payments, Fees & Receipts

Fees shown on the portal may be estimates and may vary based on eligibility, classification, and official hospital billing rules.

Payment processing may be provided by a third-party payment gateway. Transaction confirmation is subject to gateway and hospital system verification.

Keep your payment receipt and reference number for verification at the hospital.

5. Appointment Change Requests

Appointment date change requests are subject to clinic availability and approval. Submitting a request does not guarantee a new date/time.

You are responsible for checking updates on request status and attending the confirmed date/time.
